the sites app mode got lots of upgrades

image hover expand became something you can toggle regardless of expand mode too

there is a new beta app mode quick reply you can enable now, it looks and functions much better than the ghetto vichan one i hacked up to work with our stuff.

the new opt-in quick reply lets you open multiple QR windows at once, they save drafts, can be minimized, restore from draft on page visit, and more

also, image expanding and post hover (quote link hover) got added to app mode. probably not something most people would notice but all these things are much better integrated in app mode now.
